  1. Cream the sugar, butter and the 2 raw eggs.
  2. Add vanilla and sieved hard boiled eggs, mix well, then knead well with flour to make a medium soft dough.
  3. Let rest for ½ hour, then shape into small patties.
  4. Sprinkle them with sliced almonds or walnuts.
  5. Bake at medium heat.
