  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Cut in oil with a fork until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  4. Stir in raisins.
  5. Combine soy milk, lemon juice, orange juice, and egg replacer + water; add to flour mixture until just moist.
  6. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead 4x.
  7. Roll into 12x6inch rectangle.
  8. Cut into 8 squares, then cut each square into 2 triangles and place on baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12 minutes.
