- Beat the yolks with the sugar until creamy.
- Add the vanilla and milk and set on heat, stirring continuously until it starts to thicken.
- Remove from heat, let cool a little, then gradually add the butter, processing until the cream starts to lighten in color.
- Refrigerate.
- Use this cream as filling, decoration for various cakes, tortes, etc.
