Aberffraw Cakes

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, mix in the sugar.
  2. Gradually add the flour, mixing well.
  3. Roll dough onto a floured board and cut into rounds.
  4. Place rounds on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 375°F for about fifteen minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar.
  6. Serve with whipped cream and raspberry jam preserves.
