Ingredients[]
- 1½ cups papaya or guava or apricot nectar
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Topping[]
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 4 tbsp sugar
Directions[]
- Dissolve cornstarch in lemon juice.
- Add to the nectar and cook until thick.
- Add 2 cups diced fresh fruit such as papaya, pineapple, oranges.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Spread with heavy cream whipped sugar.
