Ingredients
- 1½ cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ lb butter
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 8 inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Beat until light and fluffy.
- Pour into a 8 inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 350°F until knife stuck in the middle comes out clean.
