*First, melt the white chocolate. Melting white chocolate is really different from melting other kinds of chocolate. You need to put it in the microwave (yes, I microwaved it and nobody died. It's fine, but skeptics always recommend a double boiler, which I don't own). You need to make sure the microwave is on a 50% power setting ad zap the white chocolate 1 minute by 1 minute. Do not microwave all the morsels at once. This stuff hardens quickly, and you're just going to have to microwave it again if it hardens before you use it all. Just use enough to cover the bottom of the microwave-safe bowl.
