  1. Sprinkle the sour cherries with sugar
  2. Mix the sour cherries with the eggs and salt.
  3. Cut the strudel dough into pieces the size of the baking pan.
  4. Arrange 6 - 7 strudel leaves into the greased pan.
  5. Grease each and every leaf.
  6. Then put the sour cherries in a uniform layer.
  7. Place another 6 - 7 individually greased strudel leaves on top.
  8. Bake until golden brown.
  9. Cut into squares while still in the pan.
  10. After the pie is done, cut into squares and sprinkle with vanilla flavored confectioner's sugar.
