this one is very yummy!!! this is very moist and it's eaten with a spoon. it looks like a yellow cake with sweet yellow paste...


  • 18 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 250gr of sugar
  • 60gr of wheat flour
  • greaseproof paper


  1. Mix the sugar and the egg yolks and beat them for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the flour and the egg white until well beaten ( they are well beaten when you turn the bowl upside down and it doesn't fall). When mixing the egg whites do not use the mixer. l
  3. Let cook for almost 30 minutes in a cake tin without hole covered with greaseproof paper at medium temp.
