Group I[]

  1. Whip 5 egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add the slightly beaten yolks, mix, add a tablespoon of cocoa and the ground walnuts.
  3. Pour this mixture into a baking pan which was lightly greased with oil and dusted with flour.
  4. Bake at medium heat.

  1. In the meantime, whip egg whites with sugar and vanilla.
  2. When the batter in the oven is done, remove, spread the whipped egg whites on top, in a uniform layer and place it back into the oven so that the egg whites layer gets baked.
  3. Then remove from the pan, set on a plate and let cool.

Filling[]

  1. For the cream, beat the butter with 3 tablespoons confectioner's sugar and cocoa.
  2. Add the yolks one by one, mixing well.
  3. Use this cream to cover the cake, laying a thicker layer on top.
  4. Garnish with 5 oz / 150 g whipped cream and various fruits from preserves.
