1. Roll out and place pie crust in bottom of pie plate.
  2. Place rhubarb over pie crust and sprinkle with ½ cup sugar.
  3. Beat eggs and add ½ cup sugar and milk.
  4. Pour mixture over rhubarb.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
