1. First sifted together flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Add gradually Sugar, cocoanut, cream, flour, baking powder and salt sifted together.
  4. Let chill a little.
  5. Toss on floured pastry board.
  6. Roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut with a small round cutter.
  7. Bake on buttered sheet of paper in moderate oven for about 25 minutes.
