3/4c Butter, 1 1/2c Brown Sugar, 2 Tbls Water, 12oz Chocolate Chips, 2 Eggs, 2 3/4c Flour, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda, 48 Andes Mints== Directions ==
In sauce pan melt butter, brown sugar and water, stirring occasionally. Add chocolate chips. Stir until melted, let stand 10 minutes to cool. Add other ingredients to form a dough. Chill for 1 hour Roll into 1 inch dough balls Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes Immediately after taking the cookies out of the oven, top with an Andes Mint. Once the mint melts, swirl it with the back of a spoon.
