  1. Cream the sugar with the yolks, add the oil, mix, then add the ammonia powder and mix again.
  2. At the end add the vanilla.
  3. Knead well with flour to obtain a soft dough.
  4. Cover with a cloth and let sit for 1 hour.
  5. Then roll a sheet about ½ inch thick and cut into various shapes with cookie cutters.
  6. Bake until golden.
  7. They are better after a day or two.
